As we reach the midpoint of the year, it’s the perfect time to take a moment to pause and reflect on how we’ve been taking care of ourselves. Self-care is often something that can easily be overlooked or pushed to the bottom of our priority list, especially when life gets busy or stressful. However, it’s crucial to check in with ourselves regularly to make sure we are nurturing our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Here are some tips for conducting a mid-year self-care review.

  • Honest self-refection Take a step back and honestly assess how well you’ve been taking care of ourselves in various aspects of our lives.
  • Identify areas for improvement Take note of where you may be neglecting your wellness needs.

  • Are you eating a balanced diet and getting enough sun light?
  • Are you taking time to nourish your mind, body and soul?
  • Are you connecting with nature?

If you find that your wellness routine has been lacking in certain areas, don’t be too hard on yourself.
